AI Assistants Can Now Read Your CRM. Here's Whether You Should Let Them

By Yvonne Boustany · August 8, 2026 · The Prompted Agent · How we rate

Until this week, using AI meant copy-pasting between ChatGPT and your real tools. That gap just closed. Rechat wired Claude and ChatGPT directly into its CRM, which means an assistant can now see your contacts and transactions. More useful: it can act on them.

At the same time, RealAnalytica launched "Atlas Agents": background workers that monitor MLS and tax data, flag opportunities, and quietly handle the recurring CRM chores you keep meaning to get to.

Why this matters

The call: TRY IT

Already on Rechat? USE IT. Enable the integration this week and give it a real task. Two minutes, and you'll know whether this changes your Monday.

Not on Rechat? Don't switch CRMs for this. These integrations are coming to every major platform. The right move today is knowing what to ask your provider for.

The Fine Print: An AI with CRM access is an AI with client data. Before enabling any integration, check what it can read, what it can write, and whether your brokerage's data policy covers it. "It was the AI" is not a defense your E&O carrier recognizes.
BEFORE YOUR NEXT SHOWING (5 min)

Skip this if: you're not on Rechat. Instead, email your CRM provider one question: “When are AI assistant integrations coming?”
